As friends and family come to visit during the holiday season, brunch is great for entertaining them. Brunch, though, is not just for the winter holidays. Join us in this hands-on class where you will learn techniques and skills that will allow you to throw a delightful brunch any time of the year!Level of Instruction: All Levels
Skills Learned: Meal planning and culinary skills: how to read a recipe, measuring, mixing, and cooking methods.
