Description
The French are known for their love of food and culinary skills. Christmas to the French is all about the food. Join us in this hands-on class where we will learn some of their beloved holiday dishes as well as French cooking skills that will elevate your own no matter what time of the year.Level of Instruction: All Levels
Skills Learned: Meal planning and culinary skills: how to read a recipe, measuring, mixing, and cooking methods.
Supplies Needed: Closed toed shoes and hair pulled back.
