Want a little nature in your winter? Looking to explore the preserves? Get outside, trek the trails and enjoy the magic of the season! Join a naturalist at different forest preserves in Will County throughout January and February. This week, walk through the trees and look for wildlife at Thorn Creek Woods Nature Preserve. Participate in one Winter Walkers or sign up for all eight!
Please dress for the weather and use caution while hiking outdoors given the possible wintery conditions. Meet at Thorn Creek Nature Center. The hike will be 2 miles to 3 miles on natural surface trails over uneven terrain.
