Description
Welcome to our new and inclusive Chair Yoga class, designed for individuals aged 18 and above of all health levels. This class offers a gentle yet effective approach to yoga, making it accessible for everyone, whether you are new to yoga or looking for a modified practice. Our sessions accommodate those with limited mobility, and we welcome the use of collapsible walkers. Please note that for safety reasons, participants should avoid wearing sandals during the class. Join us to experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive and adaptable environment.
