Supplies Needed: RacketWelcome to the exciting world of pickleball. This course is designed to give you a solid foundation in pickleball fundamentals.If you have a pre-existing condition(s) or have recently sustained an injury, please consult your physician BEFORE signing up for any exercise or dance classes.
Experience Balance & Harmony through a slow and mindful class to release tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Emphasis will be placed on self-awareness, breath, and honoring the body. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students who enjoy a mindful and relaxing yoga class. Begins with breathing exercises and end with focused body relaxation exercises. Class is held in a dimly lit room with optional use of essentials oil (provided.) Floor work is required - so if you have difficulty getting up from the floor, this class may not be for you. Bring 1 thick mat or 2 regular mats for comfort.

DIRECTIONS TO PBGCHS PARKING LOT:
- From PGA BLVD & Military Trail, head south on Military to the 2nd traffic light (Lilac Street) and turn left. The school entrance will be on the right side of Lilac after the last 2 story townhouse --- look for the big, beige sign that says ?Staff Parking, Visitor Parking? etc.
- From Northlake Boulevard & Military Trail, head north on Military to the 3rd traffic light (Lilac Street) and turn right. The school entrance will be on the right side of Lilac after the last 2 story townhouse --- look for the big, beige sign that says ?Staff Parking, Visitor Parking? etc.
