Tri Peak Athlete - 2025 Coaching Education Weekend

Join us for an enriching weekend dedicated to the continuing education of USA Triathlon coaches, taking place from February 27 - March 2, 2025. The event kicks off with a networking evening on Thursday, providing a perfect opportunity to connect with fellow coaches and industry experts.

- Lactic Threshold Testing and Utilizing the Moxy Meter

Friday:
- Morning Swim Workout: (Optional)
- Time: 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM
- Description: A practical session focusing on advanced swim techniques and drills designed to enhance efficiency and performance in the water. Coaches will learn how to identify and correct common swimming errors.
- Education Session 1: Lactic Threshold Testing & Using the Moxy Meter
- Time: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Description: This session will cover the principles of lactic threshold testing, including its importance in endurance training and how to implement it effectively. Participants will also learn how to use the Moxy meter to monitor muscle oxygenation and optimize training intensity for athletes.
- Break:

- Education Session 2: Working with Neurodiverse Athletes
- Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
