Join us for a full filled overnight trip to St. Louis, Mo. Our first stop will be at the Chandler Hill Vineyards for a brunch and a mimosa. After lunch we will experience the National Museum of Transportation for a self-guided tour to enjoy all the exhibits. From there we will check-in to the Drury Inn for some time to unwind and enjoy dinner and beverages at the hotel.
From there, we will enjoy an outdoor wolf informative talk, s'mores, lemonade and wolf howl at the Endangered Wolf Center. After the wolf howl, we return to the hotel. The next day will be breakfast at the hotel and we head to Andy's Produce 3 Market for shopping produce, flowers, jams, baked goods etc. After the market we will visit the Missouri Meerschaum Company's corn cob pipe factory and Washington Museum. Following these stops, we will have lunch at Marquardt's Landing. After lunch, we will stop at Olivino Tasting Bar for an olive oil and balsamic tasting and our final stop will be chocolate and wine tasting at Triple 3 Vineyard. Tour price includes round trip motor coach transportation; brunch, National Museum of Transportation, hotel, dinner, wolf howl, breakfast at the hotel, Missouri Meerschaum corn cob pipe factory tour, Washington Museum, lunch at Marquardt's Landing, Olivino Tasting Bar olive oil and balsamic tasting and, wine tasting and staff escort. Min of 35 to take the trip at this price but max 38 spots available. Secure yours by paying at the Welcome Center. Members are welcome to bring family members or guests on this trip. Bus departs the Olathe Y at 6:30am on Wednesday, 9/18, and returns Thursday, 9/19 around 8:30pm.
