Join us for some line dancing! We welcome all seniors to dance - This class is specifically intended for beginning students who have never danced before or have limited experience, but would like to learn. We dance to different rhythms of Waltz, Bachata, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Samba, Tango, Country music, Latin, Soul, and others alike. Learn dance terminologies, basic steps, dancing styles, body movements, routines, and good techniques. This class focuses on improving your mental and physical health and well-being. Come dance with us today!Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Wear comfortable shoes like: sneakers, loafers, or boots. Flip-flops and stilettos are not recommended for this class.
