Adult Intermediate/Advanced Figure Drawing Instructor: Jah Sunny Nov. 7 - Dec. 12 (No class Thanksgiving week 11/28) Day: Thursdays Time: 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM 5 weeks (M) $132 (NM) $145 Students bring their own supplies Develop a deeper understanding of gesture drawing and gain a more complex knowledge of human anatomy as it applies to figure art. This course will help you perfect the drawing of specific body parts, such as hands, faces, and the full body, and master the use of shapes to construct the human form. Enhance your perception of how light affects form in the human body and learn more advanced measurements in body proportions. Each class will begin with a short art history lecture on the old masters' approach to figure drawing, followed by demonstrations from Sunny.
