If you struggle with royal icing consistency or want to learn how to make and use it for fancy sugar cookies, this class is for you. Join us for a hands-on experience where you'll learn to make royal icing from scratch, color and thin it to different consistencies, and use it to decorate cookies. You'll also get tips on baking perfect cut-out cookies that won't spread. Leave with a basic understanding of royal icing and cookie decorating skills to use at home!
