Adult Art Therapy Studio: Emotional Expression & Regulation Instructor: Amber Mazza Cunnings, Eucalyptus Counseling Services PLC Sept. 16 - Oct. 14 Day: Mondays Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm 5 weeks (M and NM): $20 (materials provided) *The Art House received an Inclusive Arts Fund Grant from the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, which covers 90% of the tuition fees for this class. Max of 10 students Discover the healing power of art in our "Emotional Expression and Regulation" class. This course offers a supportive environment to explore and express emotions through various art forms. Guided by experienced art therapists, you'll learn emotional regulation, stress management, and personal growth using different mediums. No prior art experience is needed. Join us on a journey of healing and self-discovery through the transformative power of art.
