This Active Lifestyles 50+ yoga class is tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of older adults, with modifications and adjustments available to accommodate any physical limitations.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, postures and breathing exercises to help you feel more relaxed, centered and empowered. All levels welcome. Offered in English and Spanish.
