Don't let the busyness of the holiday season and family visits overwhelm you. Stay centered and present in every moment. Our relaxing moves and mindful, focused breathing will help you release tension and help keep you balanced.
Come set your self up to cherish the moments and create memories with your friends and family this holiday season!
Children under the age of thirteen (13) must have an adult guardian on site (in the parking lot) at all times.
