Come and experience the excitement of boxing with our FREE Boxing 'Try It' class! Whether you're a beginner looking to get started or an experienced boxer wanting to hone your skills, this class is perfect for you. Our boxing instructors will guide you through the basics, including proper stance, footwork, and punching techniques. You'll also get a taste of the high-energy workouts that make boxing a fantastic way to stay fit and active.>
