Description
Open Gym: Monday-Friday from 4:30-8pm
**Classes are not included in the open gym monthly fee**
Workout on your own in a boxing setting. Create your daily routine to focus on physical fitness, and boxing techniques and fundamentals.
USA Boxing Club: Gladiator School Boxing
Instructors: Thomas Kearney & Jerry Forrest
An ANNUAL fitness membership ($25 for ages 8-17, $35 for ages 18+) is payable to USA Boxing will be required within the first two weeks. USA Boxing full membership will be required if participating in competitions/sanctioned fights. Additional equipment may be required as students progress. The instructors will let students know what is needed and may have kits available for purchase.
