Description
Youth will learn how to apply more dynamic movements and concepts, with
more of an emphasis on footwork, pacing, rhythm, and form. This class
focuses on a HIGH rep count.
Children under the age of thirteen (13) must have an adult guardian on site (in the parking lot) at all times.
