The Pacifica Book Club is now extending an invitation to parents for a special 6-week course on Tuesdays from September 24 - October 29 focused on Homer’s The Odyssey. Led by Pacifica’s own Mrs. Annalea Johnson, each weekly meeting will include a brief lecture and lively discussion of the text. We believe that dedicating the time to read and discuss the ideas conveyed through the narrative of Homer’s The Odyssey has the potential to profoundly impact your view and value of family, home, and the truths in ancient stories that remain significant in our modern world.
