4 Thursdays, April 10 - May 1, 12:00 - 2:00 pm Curating Clay 101 Taught by Dierra Cooper, 18+ $113 Member / $124 Non-member Students will learn a plethora of necessary artistry skills from prepping the air dry clay to making impressions, building, shaping & molding their selected craft. Each participant with have the freedom to choose 1/2 food options: Pizza or Blueberry Pie ! They will utilize plastic sculpting tools to make precise designs & will be able to then paint their craft, glaze it & take it home! The best part about this class, is that there is NO need for a kiln as air dry clay cures within 24-72 hours, which means no fuss and no long wait! - My name is Dierra Cooper & I am the owner of The Autumn Leaf Co. LLC. I am creatively equipped with a background of 10 years as a self-taught acrylic & watercolor artist, as well as 4 years of experience as a Certified Graphic Artist. My art form always consists of heavy acrylic blending & bold colors. For my personal paint projects there is no creative boundary & I have no problem pushing the brain past what it thought was capable of imagining.
