Spanish for the workplace A2/B1
This Spanish for Business course is aimed at those professionals or students interested in orienting their learning of the Spanish language towards the world of work in general. In the course, students will learn essential vocabulary and grammatical aspects applied to communicative contexts associated with the business and corporate environment. The classes will analyze different cultural practices in the Spanish-speaking professional environment and will develop contents of that specialty (business, labor relations, international trade, business communication, human resources, marketing, commerce, etc.). The course aims to provide tools that will enable you to communicate orally and in writing in a wide variety of professional situations.
Biodata
Verónica Gálvez holds a bachelor degree in journalism from the Complutense University (Madrid) and a Diploma in communication and marketing from UCLA. She teaches Spanish at the Cervantes Institute in New York and at the United Nations. Throughout her career, she has taught Spanish for specific purposes for different professional environments (business, journalism) in numerous institutions and several universities.
- Required book and workbook can be purchased at time of registration. Books can be picked up at the Registration Office on the 2nd floor.
- AVE Spanish Online Course is optional and can also be purchased at time of registration.
