Join us on a tantalizing culinary adventure through the bustling streets of New York City. In this immersive course, students will embark on a farm-to-table journey, where they will delve into the vibrant and diverse flavors that make up the city's culinary mosaic. Students will not only learn about various culinary traditions but also gain a comprehensive understanding of sustainability, local urban food systems, and the importance of conscious food choices. Through engaging hands-on activities, students will have the opportunity to hone their culinary skills and experiment with different ingredients and cooking techniques. They will discover the beauty of sourcing fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients from farmers' markets, specialty stores, and urban farms, & emphasizing the farm-to-table philosophy.
