**There is a pre-requisite to take this course. You must show a certificate and/or proof of Basic Handgun.** Successful completion of Basic Handgun is required for enrollment in Defensive Handgun I. This course is 8 hours long and designed to build upon the concepts of basic shooting and defensive shooting introduced in the Basic Handgun glass. Students will be introduced to drawing, reloading and shooting while moving, how to utilize cover and concealment. Students will engage multiple targets and be introduced to the types of first aid skills they should/will need to know. Students will be taught using various drills to increase the skill set of the defender. Bring your own lunch and drink, handgun, holster, holster belt, eye and ear protection and 250 rounds of ammo. Register 2 students and each saves $10.00! If you have a location where the shooting portion of the class can be conducted contact us for special pricing.
