Shallow Water Aerobics
Monday & Wednesday Evenings
Stedwick Pool and Hurley Park Pool
July 15 to August 28
Mondays at Stedwick Pool 6:00 p.m.
Wednesdays at Hurley Park Pool 6:00 p.m.
* June 19 - Aug 14- at Hurley Park pool
Burn fat while increasing your flexibility and range of motion. Improve muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. Includes aquatic exercise and interval aerobics.
For swimmers and non-swimmers (head is always above water).
Twice a week for fitness fun!
You must have a valid MVF Activity card. Please call 301-948-0110 to purchase a Class Pass.
