Deep Water Running/Conditioning Fridays
Sept.13 and Sept.27 6:00pm - 6:45pm
Stedwick Pool
Exercising in deep water is a great way to tone the entire body, avoid injury and get an aerobic workout. Being sub-merged to the neck provides more resistance.
There will be arm work using buoys (provided). Participants should bring their own aqua belt since a limited supply will be available.
Swimming proficiency is required.
