MVFit is for all ages an all abilities! Focus will be on building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness and flexibility to help create an overall healthy body.
By utilizing a mix of circuit machines, bodyweight and exercises plus cardio all combined into one- this class will help you to have a well-rounded, balanced workout while learning the proper form and movement patterns all under the supervision a trainer.
