Aerobics Strength & Flexibility
Thursdays December 5 - January 16 *No class 12/26*
6-7 pm
North Creek CC *12/12 class will be at Lake Marion CC*
Build strength, increase flexibility and learn stretching techniques all in one class. Look good and feel good in this no-impact program. Bring a mat and weights (limited supply available). This program works the whole body without impact on the joints.
*If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
