Description
Flexibility training can help reduce pain and stiffness, decrease stress, enhance performance and minimize wear and tear on joints. Using active and passive stretching, this class will focus on breath and tension release throughout the body. Props such as foam rollers, straps and balls will be used to improve range of motion and help enhance daily activities. Please bring a mat to class.(SM)
