Woodland Ways is a weekly nature immersion program for adults. This year-long apprenticeship focuses on creating and maintaining deep nature connection routines throughout the year(s). Through these connections we develop a stronger relationship with nature, our community, and ourselves. This apprenticeship combines naturalist knowledge, wildlife tracking, and primitive skills. We will cover a variety of skills and topics including tree and plant identification, tracking and trailing, fire making, basketry, rope making, bird language, stone and bone tools, and much more. This is a physically rigorous programs that includes long hikes, getting wet & dirty, and maneuvering through a variety of terrains. Please see website for exact dates.
