Embark on a scenic snowshoeing adventure that begins with convenient transportation to Sugar Mountain. Along the way, enjoy a relaxing stop at a cozy coffee shop to warm up and recharge. Once at the mountain, you’ll set off on a guided snowshoeing tour that lasts for one hour, exploring the serene winter landscape and breathing in the crisp, fresh air. After the tour, you’ll have some free time to browse charming local shops, discovering unique gifts and souvenirs before heading back. This is a perfect winter day of outdoor exploration and local culture.
Pre-registration required; adult registration required with anyone under age 18. Shuttle provided to and from Sugar Mountain Resort, leaving from Latta Nature Preserve. Snow shoeing tour is labeled as beginner level. Bring food and water as desired; snacks will be provided. There will be time to purchase food throughout the duration of the trip. Reminder: The snow show tour tickets are the responsibility of the participants and are not included in the price of the program. Prior to the program, the instructor will email important information on how to prepare, what to bring, etc.
