Looking for a fun way to stay fit? Consider trying out Zumba Gold! This class is suitable for people of all skill levels and focuses on moving to the rhythm of the music to improve balance, strength, range of motion, coordination, and rhythm.You have the option to attend classes either in person or virtually via Zoom, and each class lasts for an hour. The instructor, Toni Perrina, will send you the Zoom link before the class. If you haven't received the link by the day before the class, please contact the front desk. "Join the party!"
Please note:-Class held via Zoom live. The link will be provided by the instructor a week before the first class. Contact the Senior Center at (408) 586-3400 if you have not received it before class begins. -Participants should wear comfortable clothing with training shoes (no black-soled shoes).-Participants should bring water. -No class on 11/12, 11/14, 11/28.
