Kendo, the Way of the Sword, is rooted in the sword techniques of the ancient Japanese warrior Samurai. This martial art conditions the body and spirit through exhilarating and demanding exercises. This class is for both those who have recently graduated from the beginner course and experienced Kendo practitioners who are able to demonstrate proficiency in the fundamentals of KENDO. Instructor approval required prior to enrollment. For more information, requirements, and approval, contact: team@hsskkendo.org.Please Note:- Participants should wear Kendo uniform.- Participants should bring a Kendo-gi, two small Shinai, and one Bokuto.- No class held on 4/9.
