Description
Unleash your child's inner inventor with LEGO® Robotics! This exciting class uses LEGO® SPIKE™ Essential to introduce coding and STEM to elementary schoolers. Through fun, hands-on projects, they will learn the basics: block coding, algorithms, and loops using an easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface.Why join this class?- Stepping stone for FLL- Spark creativity & critical thinking- Develop problem solving skills through playful challenges- Promote collaboration & teamwork- Assemble robot designs based on real-world robots.- Discover how coding and robotics are used in everyday applications.
Please Note:- A non-refundable material fee of $40 is due to the instructor at the first class meeting. - Participants should wear comfortable clothing and shoes.- Participants should bring a bottle of water and a nut-free snack.- A Tablet for programming, Lego Spike Robotics materials (motors, sensors, brain brick), and LEGO bricks/pieces will be provided.
