This one-hour energetic workout will have you sweating in no time. With Latin-based rhythms, motivating music, and easy-to-follow combinations, this total-body workout combines all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted positive energy. Remember your water bottle, and come ready for a dance party!
