Description
This program includes the same elements as traditional yoga, including physical poses, meditation, and breathing techniques. This gentle practice modifies standard yoga poses to do them while sitting in a chair or standing and using a chair for balance. This is an accessible yoga class for everyone.
Participants need to bring the following: water bottle, yoga mat, and a yoga strap/belt.
