Description
Ravioli Spend a fun afternoon making delicious homemade ravioli. Learn the techniques of making fresh Egg Pasta dough. Then roll the dough out using a pasta machine to make fresh pasta sheets which can be used to make your choice of these delicious raviolis: Three Cheese Ravioli; Savory Sweet potato and Roasted Red Pepper Ravioli; Spinach and Mozzarella Raviolis; Fresh homemade Alfredo Sauce and Marinara Sauce will also be prepared in class to taste with the pasta along with Mixed Green Salad, Homemade Italian Dressing and Esse di Raveo (Italian S shaped cookies) for the sweet tooth1 lesson @3hrs - Price: $79/$72Activity #:1323 .224 Dates: Sunday 10/20 Time: 1:30pm-4:30pm
