Description
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise program is designed to help people with arthritis maintain joint flexibility, muscle strength, and reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Taught by an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor who receives detailed and ongoing training to work with people and arthritis
