Get ready for a glowing adventure with our light-up bag project! In this exciting workshop, you’ll dive into the world of soft circuits, where you’ll sew a parallel circuit to light up your bag from the inside—say goodbye to digging through clutter! Yes, you’ll actually sew a circuit using conductive thread, LEDs, and a battery pack. Once your circuit is all set, you’ll hit the sewing machine to transform your felt into a fabulous, functional bag. To top it all off, add your personal flair with fun embellishments and custom handles. This project is for students in grades 4th to 8th. A parent of 18+ chaperone is required. The cost per student is $40 and registration is open on Active for a maximum of 12 students.
