Open to beginner and experienced mindfulness practitioners.
Join us in this retreat focused on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) experiences. Come practice in community and be present with and for each other, as we tend to our hearts, bodies, minds, and spirits through practice. Our time together will include periods of guided meditation, gentle movement, silent reflection, and time to be in dialogue together.
This session will follow CDC guidelines and UW Health screenings that are in effect at the time of the class session.
