Description
Join us in the Learning Kitchen for a quick and delicious 45-minute cooking class where you'll create your own meal to take away for lunch! Perfect for busy schedules, this class allows you to stop by, learn, and enjoy a healthy meal on the go.
What You'll Make:
- Taco Wrap: Choose between ground turkey or cooked lentils, which we will be spicing to perfection in our Learning Kitchen No-Salt Taco Seasoning and serving on your choice of a spinach flour tortilla wrap or salad greens. Topping choices include cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and a citrusy Greek yogurt sauce.
- Black-Eyed Pea Salad: For our side, we'll be preparing a quick and flavorful black-eyed pea salad with a zesty vinaigrette.
Takeout containers will be available, but we encourage participants to bring their own reusable container.
