Description
Play in the magical world of indigo dye and take textile dyeing to the next level. Learn the ancient resist dyeing technique dating from the 8th century by binding, stitching, folding, twisting, and compressing cloth to create intricate patterns in fabric. No dye experience is needed. Classes will focuses on learning Shibori folding techniques and how to prepare your dye bath and the dyeing process.
This course is taught by Liz Truong!
Bring a minimum of 2 yards of 100% cotton fabric any type and whatever other items like garments, napkins etc. that you want to bring to print on.
