This low-impact fitness class uses easy-to-follow calorie-burning moves to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, cardiovascular function, and mood-boosting! Beginners welcome. Wear comfortable exercise shoes/attire and bring water.Virtual classes taught on ZOOM. Virtual participants have access to recording for 7 days after class.
