Learn the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. Benefits include flexibility, balance, strength, stress reduction and a sense of well-being. All body types and abilities are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, 2 blocks (4 inch thick), and a pillow case. For questions please contact dagmarland@gmail.com This is a 4-week session
