Description
New to LARPD; ADAPTIVE RECREATION! Adaptive recreation classes are intended for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to promote healthy living and overall high quality of life. Join us as we focus on breath, movement, and relaxation in a comfortable environment that promotes wellness and social interaction.Participants must be able to participate in a 1:4 staff-to-participant ratio, otherwise a caregiver must accompany them during the class.
