Description
The Transitional Age Youth Program provides youth 18 - 24 years of age with a planned and coordinated transition to adulthood to plan their daily living, vision and goals for the future.
Youth will have the opportunity to gain skills in employment, financial literacy, self-care, life skills, system navigation and get the opportunity to hangout doing fun recreational activities with peers.Overall, the transitional age youth program provides a safe and supportive environment for young adults to learn, grow and thrive as they transition into independent, responsible members of society.Skills
