Increase your range of motion, relieve tension and help your muscles recover from your workouts. End the class with deep relaxation for the ultimate body and mind re-boot.
- Pre-registration is mandatory. No drop-ins permitted.
- Registration opens 1 week prior to each class.
- Registration closes 15 minutes prior to class start.
- Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your class start time.
- Proceed directly to the Fitness room to check-in.
- 2 days notice required for a refund/credit.
