This class will explore flexibility, breathwork and mobility exercises to help you move better, longer. Set to relaxing music, this class will actively take your body through movement patterns to improve your range of motion, balance and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels. Participants must be comfortable getting to and from the mat.
- Pre-registration is mandatory. No drop-ins permitted.
- Registration opens 1 week prior to each class.
- Registration closes 15 minutes prior to class start.
- Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your class start time.
- Proceed directly to the Fitness room to check-in.
- 2 days notice required for a refund/credit.
