75 minutesModerate-High IntensityLow ImpactJoin in for a heart-pumping ride to elevate your over-all fitness. 30 minutes of cardio spin followed by 30 minutes of intense abdominal engagement exercises to fire up those core muscles helping to sculpt your midsection and strengthen your abs, obliques and lower back. End the class with a soothing stretch.
- Pre-registration only. No drop-ins
- Registration open 1 week prior to each class.
- Registration closes 15 minutes prior to class start.
- Proceed directly to the Spin Room to check in with instructor.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start.
- 2 days cancellation notice is required for refund/credit.
