Description
Learn how to box! Classes will cover how to throw punches, footwork, boxing combinations, boxing techniques, cognitive memory patterns, and partner mitt work. Participants must have good balance and be in good health. Come and enjoy the fun!
The instructor brings gloves and mitts for participants to borrow during class but prefers everyone to have their own. The instructor will review the brand and style of preferred equipment in class. Requested equipment: mitts, gloves, wraps or glove wraps, water bottle, and towel.
