Earthy and ethereal, this total-body dance develops core control, tones muscles, improves posture, increases fluidity, grace, breath control, and energy. Come experience this ancient dance, deepen your roots, and celebrate body and soul in a supportive atmosphere! Wear workout clothes, something flowing or jingly, and bring water.
