Description
With a mix of sprints and heavy climbs all timed to the beat of the music, you’ll be counting down the hours till you’re back in the saddle.
Ride to the rhythm of powerful music to reach a calorie burning endorphin high. Our instructor has been trained with the most comprehensive indoor cycling program in the world.
