Description
Come experience the fun and challenges of springboard diving! In this 4-week crash course, you will learn everything from diving fundamentals to advanced skills. The practice will be broken into 30-minute dryland training and 1 hour in the water. Looking to try something new, join us!When: Session 1-October 8, 15, 22 & 29Session 2- November 5, 19, 26 December 3 (no session November 12)
Location: H2O Adventure and Fitness Center (Tuesdays)
Time: 7:15- 8:30pm
Cost: $75.00
Participants will need to find their own transportation to the venue.
